Cancellation Policy


After the successful cancellation of a booking, the refundable amount will be credited to the customer's wallet. The wallet serves as a digital credit balance that can be utilized for future bookings or 

transactions within our platform.

Please note that this policy applies specifically to online cancellations made through our platform. Different policies may be applicable for cancellations made through other channels or by 

contacting our customer support directly.



  • Where the participant wishes to cancel a course/program or camp, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or another course/camp, then the following arrangements apply:
    • Registration cancelled more than 7 days before the first session will be charged an administrative fee of AED 50, and refunded 100% of the registration fees;
  • Registration cancelled no less than 7 days before the event will be charged an administrative fee of AED 50, and refunded 50% of the registration fees;
  • Registration cancelled fewer than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Any decision to cancel (by Padelae) will be made by the Senior Coach as late as is reasonably possible. Whenever possible, customers will be sent an email/text once a decision to cancel has been made.
  • If a session runs over half of the designated time and is interrupted due to any weather conditions, the session is considered a full session and no credit will be issued.
  • If a session is interrupted due to bad weather conditions before half of the session is completed, the player can request a credit note to be applied to their account.
  • Padelae reserve the right to change the location of the lesson and also change the type of lesson while maintaining the equivalent financial value for the client.
  • In the unlikely event of insufficient numbers, we reserve the right to cancel courses 3 days in advance of the start date. A credit will be applied to customers account.
  • If the participant is absent from a session for a reason other than Padelae cancelling the session, he/she is choosing to forfeit the time. Only in exceptional circumstances e.g. on presentation of a doctors note, will discretion be used to calculate the pro rata rate of the session and a credit note issued.
  • Cash refunds are limited to exceptional circumstances and can be requested via a Refund Request Form completed by the player/parent.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING Individual coaching sessions cancelled more than 48 hours before are eligible for 100% refund with an administrative charge of 10%. Individual coaching sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before are eligible for 50% refund. This is at the discretion of the management.

Our refund & cancellation policies are in place to ensure clarity to all customers in cases where cancellation occurs. The policy is also in place to protect the company from cases where refund or credit can or may incur cost to the organizations. By accepting Padelae Terms & Conditions, I understand that Padelae reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program and that credit or refund is only available where Padelae does not incur cost as a result of cancellation this includes late notice cancellation and unexplained absence.

  • Padelae Reserves the right to offer make-up sessions to replace any cancelled classes. If there is non-attendance at the make-up session, then no further refund or credit option is available.
  • Padelae may cancel events and activities in circumstances out with our control, such as government announcements & holidays and severe weather inclement. We will Endeavour to provide alternative venues, days or times for re-arranged events. In the event that these options are not plausible, we may be able to provide credits/refunds providing that Padelae does not incur cost which is detrimental to our business operations. All refunds/credit are at the discretion of Padelae Senior Management.
  • Please note that refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment, i.e. cash will be made by cash refund, and online payments will be refunded through the online platform.
  • Any refund made to credit card will dependent on the processing timelines of your specific bank.
  • Refunds & credit will only be provided with authorization from Padelae Senior Management and/or Directors.
